Products purchased from our shop take at least 2-3 business days to process. All items are shipped with tracking and insurance to ensure that you receive your product on time and safely. We do ship domestic and international through USPS-First Class. We do offer express or overnight shipping for additional costs.

We do not give refunds on any scheduled appointment services AFTER they appointment has been conducted. The messages we relay to you from our guides and your guides are what you need to hear and not always what you want to hear.

Shop items that arrive broken can be refunded at their full price or we can send a replacement at no cost to you. If an anointing oil has been used, we will not issue a refund.

No refunds will be given if you ordered the incorrect herb and broke the package seal. This is a cross contamination issue and we need to ensure the safety of our staff and customers. Please be sure to double check you have ordered the correct herb.

Out of the safety of our team and customers, we will not accept exchanges or refund requests for divination oils if the seal is broken and/or the oil is used. Our oils are blended in-house with ethically sourced herbs and blessed by our divine collective. If you are using an oil specifically catered to a deity, please make sure you respectfully call in that deity into your practice for the best possible outcome of your spell. Be sure to read the label before breaking the seal on the bottle.

Tarot reading, spell-casting, and divination is not fortune telling. It is impossible to accurately tell the future. What we do is assist energy, moving it into the direction that will benefit our desires. You will see the outcome you deserve so long as it is aligned with your highest self and best interest while on this life path. If sequences of your live from A to Z have not taken place, there is no capability of fortune-telling because those important life events have not happened yet; there is nothing to use divination on.

With The Ladies of Temperance, our process involves deep connection with our guides and deities to intuitively curate a spell for a specific person and their intended outcome. We utilize the four elements to amplify this energetic assistance and create the transformational change you desire. Our entire process from beginning to end will not be openly shared with the public for safety reasons and cultural security.

This will vary for each person and it will vary depending on the spell that is being cast. For example, with a love spell you should notice the other person communicating more, showing their love language more, etc. As for trauma healing guidance, we have often witnessed the targeted person going through a physical purge. They will experience fatigue, lightheadedness, nausea, or flu-like symptoms. This is a result of those toxic bounds leaving their body as they heal old wounds.

Additionally, Stormi and DeAnna will use divination tools to receive confirmation from their guides that a spell has worked or will be successful.
